/ Support in the continuous development of the TRATON IT department, particularly in the areas of IT Governance, IT strategy development, knowledge management and process documentation
/ Assist with the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports and meeting minutes
/ Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations for senior management
/ Assist with the coordination of international stakeholders from the various TRATON brands and external service providers
/ Administration and maintenance of IT systems such as intranet, application portfolio tool etc.

/ You are enrolled in a Master program, preferably in the fields of Management Studies, Business Economics or a comparable course with relation to IT and ideally have gained professional experience as Intern or Working Student
/ You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to quickly grasp complex information and document in a high-quality manner
/ You are service-oriented, think in processes, and have an affinity to implement knowledge management best practices in a corporate environment
/ Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint
/ Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English
